Our co-founder, Sharath, has consistently supported and guided me throughout my journey at Ninjacart. My seniors recognized my hard work and passion and they referred me to him to lead the Sonipat satellite project. I started this project from scratch and established it within a year. It has been a great learning experience.
I joined Ninjacart in 2019 as Territory Sales Manager (TSM) for Delhi & Gurgaon. I handled the delivery of SKUs to clients and the onboarding of new clients. We ensured that the delivery was on time, according to the requirements, and maintained a healthy relationship with the clients. We started the satellite city project in May 2020 during the first phase of the lockdown. I got the opportunity to work with one of our co-founders, Sharath. One day, he called me and gave me the opportunity to establish the Sonipat Satellite project from scratch. It was a truly enriching experience.
Earlier, I was only doing sales but after being promoted to City Manager I began to look after the business end-to-end. I took care of it like my own and ensured there were no lapses in the procedures. The job involved a lot of travel, which I loved because I’m passionate about travelling.
I was promoted to City Manager in the Satellite city project. Since we were starting from scratch, we had to look for a place for MDC, hire and train executives, onboard clients and then begin business over there. When we were just settling down, our Operational Executive quit. It was difficult to hire someone new during the lockdown, so I took up his responsibilities as well. Sharath guided us throughout this experience. I always considered Ninjacart as my own company. This mindset motivated me to work harder. We’re supplying 6 tons per day. Currently, I’m working as Area Trade Manager (ATM) for Haryana for Procurement & Sales.
The training I’ve received at Ninjacart has prepared me for any job anywhere. The work culture has given me a positive outlook towards my personal life and professional life as well. My growth in the company has been really fast and fulfilling.
The growth you get in Ninjacart is much faster than the other companies. You can be promoted in no time if you are a good performer. All you have to do is work hard and be smart. Cultivating an entrepreneurial spirit is one of the most important influences this career in Ninjacart has had on me. My mindset towards work and life has changed owing to my time here. I learned the importance of discipline, rigour, and ambition. I feel very confident in my skills now.
